The format required for your listing is as follows:
Post Title: No more than 25 words.
Category: Select the category you wish your listing to be linked to. In the multiple packages please ensure you select more than one category.
Short Description (excerp): This is a short description of your listing.
Full Description (post content): This is a full description of your listing. You can create your advert as you wish. You do not need to display your contact details within this area. Your contact details are registered with your user account. The choice is yours. Some people don’t like their email address to viewed for spam reasons. A visitor will still be able to contact you if you do not display your email in this section.
Tags/Keywords: Give up to 10 preferred keywords or phrases also known as tags for increased navigation for search engines to find your listing. Seperate with a comma. For example: health, alternative healing, holistic web directory, etc.
Website Address: Insert your web address starting with http:// For example: http://naturalcare.co.za or http://www.naturalcare.co.za
Upload Attachments: This would be your pictures/images. The following images sizes are required: Dimensions – 1st picture size in landscape 540(width) pixels x 254(height) pixels. The picture size for thumbnails are 130 x 150, however the system will automatically scale your image. File format: These must be in jpeg, png or gif format. File size: No more than 4mb.
Town/City: Type in your area and region. Example: Town, City, Region, Country (Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa). Ensure you use a comma to separate.
Cell: Enter your cell or other contact number. Insert your area code where necessary.
Share Button: The share button will automatically appear to increase your easy sharing within social networks such as: Facebook, Twitter, Digg, StumbleUpon and more.
One way to change the size of your image is through your graphic software. For example: Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Before uploading. Open your picture with this software. Click on Edit Picture. Click on Resize. Insert the picture dimensions into custom width and height – this is in pixels. Save file with new size. It will then be ready to upload to your listing.
