Treating ailments from depression to flu, the natural way.  I also keep a wide range of Pranaroms’ natural essential oil capsules which can be taken internally in conjunction with or without massage to also treat a wide range of ailments and maintain overall health.

• Aromatherapy full body massage: Tailored and oils custom blended after a consultation to suit your needs  - R400 first session with consultation.   R350 thereafter and if sessions are booked in groups of 5 or 6 – R1400 and R1700 respectively.
• Those just wanting a once-off full body  – R350
• Aromatherapy back and neck massage – R180 per treatment with oils custom blended to suit your needs.

Aromatherapy and Pregnancy

Aromatherapy, after the first trimester of pregnancy, is very valuable and beneficial to both Mum and Baby.  While promoting relaxation, reducing stress and helping with a host of ailments during pregnancy for Mum, the Essential oils can increase baby’s brain function by 10 percent and have a calming effect.  There also essential oil capsules to help with morning sickness.

• For new mums to be Aromatherapy Pregnancy full body massage AFTER FIRST TRIMESTER ONLY:  R400 with consultation and every session there after R350 and sessions booked in groups of 5 and or 6 – R1400 and R1700 respectively.
• Aromatherapy pregnancy back and neck – R180 per treatment.

For those who are just looking for something relaxing luxurious and decadent, there is the ultimate indulgent.  A hot chocolate massage.  A full body or back and neck massage with warm lint chocolate to enhance your skins natural beauty and reduce the appearance of cellulite.  The new chocolate facial will bring out a natural skin glow and plump up those unwanted wrinkles.  This is also a great option for teens.

• Hot chocolate full body massage – R400
• Hot chocolate back and neck massage – R 200
• 100 percent pure organic facials with fruit masks and natural cleansers with essential oils to help with those everyday skin complaints, specifically made to suit your needs – R 160

There are also a range of aromatherapy bath and body products and gels available for a range of ailments such as cold sores, pain, muscle relaxers headaches and stress but to name a few.  All full body massages are an hour long and all back and necks are 20 to 30 minutes long all facials are 45 minutes long.

And last but not least, the little bundles of light in our lives.  The peeny weeny spa offers only the best for all babies from new born to the age of 5.  Babies with disabilities are more than welcome as
well as normal babies.  Aromatherapy can be used to treat a wide range of baby ailments such as flu, colds, insomnia and colic.

Mums and Dads are also welcome and have a choice of 2 options:  Baby massage classes where they can learn how to massage baby.  Or I can with 1 or both parents present and permission perform the
massage.  However, if baby needs a course of treatments they will be administered by me.
Baby massage classes, to allow bonding time with Mum and or Dad and baby – R100 per 40 min to an hour – time will be allowed for feeding.
Special Treatments for baby – R150 per individual sessions and R500 to R600 for 5 and 6 sessions respectively.  All sessions are 40 minutes to 1 hour long to allow time for feeding.

There are a wide range of natural aromatherapy products available.  Creams and powders for nappy rash, baby oil, baby cream, baby powder and special blends for teething and massage blends for home use.

A range of gift baskets are also available to order at R400 for that special baby, mother to be or spouse in your life.
